Mystery Dining

Mystery diners are volunteers, offering their time to complete a detailed report about their dining experience. Diners are, in return, reimbursed for their experience. In most cases an experience is for at least two people to dine at your establishment.

The report is a compilation of sample questions provided by RCS and specific questions based on your restaurant’s needs. Any aspect of a guest’s experience that the restaurant is concerned with evaluating can be included in the report including, but not limited to: service, food quality, cleanliness of dining areas, cleanliness of restrooms, etc.
